Finance Members Present: Joan Kleger, Jill Jones, Maureen Santiano, Alex Ucciferri (via phone), and Richard S, Gregorio (Chair).

Call to Order – R. Gregorio called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
Fincom reviewed the current budget.
J. Jones recommended decreasing the payroll taxes by approximately $7,000
A. Ucciferri presented a new Rental budget. J. Jones will coordinate updating the budget and reviewing with Alex and Rental Committee.
Fincom recommends that the proposed Special Assessment for the pool repairs be billed in two bills both within the calendar year 2020. J. Jones motioned in favor and the Board voted in favor.
M. Santiano recommended and the Board voted in favor of an HOA dues of $307 per unit per month.
J. Mosley updated the Board that there is a liability on the Operational balance sheet payable to the Reserve fund that was decided on by a prior Board. The liability of $89K. The Fincom member J. Jones motioned to adjust the liability downwards by the amount of the 2019 Reserve contributions.
