Meeting convened at 9:05am
-Committee members examined all of the trees that cottage owners asked to have removed or trimmed and tagged those that qualified under the tree program.
-The committee considered what additional work could be done by the tree service should the budget not be exhausted in doing this work. It was agreed that extra funds, if any, would be used to trim branches overhanging the main road into the property.
-The minutes of the meeting of September 8 were approved.
-The committee considered 2 proposals, which were approved, one with conditions.
-The committee approved changes to the ARC Policies and Procedures document. It will now be sent to the BOD
