Call to Order – R. Gregorio called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
· Reviewed 2021 budget timeline and guidance.
· Reviewed the 5 year model.
· Donnie presented a first pass of the 2021 budget and the committee asked various questions. Roy volunteered to work with EMOC. Howard to work with Sandbar. Alex to work with Rental. Alex also volunteered to do the HOA presentation on the 16th.
· Alex recommends for 2022 budget season we budget monthly.
